I’m Dr. Francine Pole. I served in leadership roles during my professional careers but my passion has always been my family and horses. I recently lost my wonderful husband Captain Carl Summers, Jr. to cancer and am looking to rent out rooms in our family home in Easley, SC. My love of horses started when I was five years old and wanted to be a cowboy. I then passed that love onto my husband Carl and our daughter Shannon. All three spent their lives together raising, training, riding, and revering these majestic creatures on our beautiful, quiet, and peaceful 10 acre property.
I, Francine L. Pole, Ed. D., am a determined woman who has never let being knocked down keep me from succeeding. At nine years old, after nagging relentlessly for a horse, my father bought me one, which he thought would end my desire for a horse. It was a long and arduous process to learn to ride but I persevered and look upon those often difficult days as some of the best of my childhood. I attended the Florida Atlantic University where I received a BS in Ed., MS in Ed., Ed S., finalizing with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I served in the public school system for many years as a teacher and administrator. I spent many years in the hospitality industry, supervising the establishment and day to day administration of a very large convention center.
